Um Windows 7 Home Premium zu aktivieren, klicken Sie unten links auf das runde, bunte Microsoft-Symbol. Dann klicken Sie auf >>Computer<<, dort auf >>Systemeigenschaften<< und dann auf >>Windows jetzt aktivieren<<. Wir empfehlen die Online-Aktivierung.
Falls die Online-Aktivierung fehlschlägt, löschen Sie unter >>Systemeigenschaften<< bitte den Lizenzschlüssel. Geben Sie den Lizenzschlüssel noch einmal neu ein und wiederholen Sie dann die Online-Aktivierung. Manchmal gelingt sie erst beim zweiten oder dritten Anlauf.
Unsere Lizenzen gehören zu einer Windows 7 Home Premium Version mit Servicepack (SP) 1. Die deutsche Download-Version von Windows 7 Home Premium enthält das SP 1 leider nicht. Die Online-Aktivierung der Version ohne SP 1 schlägt gelegentlich fehl. Deshalb empfiehlt es sich, zunächst das SP 1 zu installieren und erst danach die Produktaktivierung vorzunehmen.
So installieren Sie das SP 1:
Klicken Sie unten links auf das runde, bunte Microsoft-Symbol. Dann klicken Sie auf >>Alle Programme<< und dort auf >>Windows Update<<. Klicken Sie im linken Bereich auf >>Update suchen<<. Wählen Sie in der Liste der verfügbaren Updates >>Service Pack für Microsoft Windows<< aus. Klicken Sie auf >>OK<< sowie auf >>Updates installieren<< und folgen Sie den Anweisungen am Bildschirm.

To activate Windows 7 Home Premium, click the bottom left of the round, colorful Microsoft symbol. Right-click on Computer and select Properties. This will open the System Properties window. Click the “Activate Windows now” link at the bottom of the window. The software will attempt to detect an active Internet connection. If one is detected, the "Activate Windows online now" option will be available for selection. If it is not available, check to make sure you are connected to the Internet.
Enter your Windows 7 product key at the prompt. Click Next to activate your copy of Windows. The activation process may take a few moments. Once it has been completed, the activation window will display a confirmation message.
If the online activation fails, delete (under >>Properties<<) the license key. Enter the license key again, and then repeat the online activation.
